For ready to ship items, we strive to get your orders shipped within 3 days. For custom bracelets, please allow for a week. Thank you for understanding! 

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the small scale of our shop's production, we are unable to process returns. Please check the size charts located on product pages and ensure you are ordering the correct size!

Please inspect your order immediately and reach out if there are any damages within FIVE days of receipt. 

If you received the wrong item or missing something, we will of course remedy this, just send us an e-mail.
